At Center for Playware there is a nice combination of research and cooperation with companies. Most of our projects are directly linked towards "real life" and the end user. This place demands on our ability to create something that works in various contexts and to think about what is profitable.
Our main concern however is the research results, pushing the boundaries of what can be done. To me this is a perfect mix between research and business, which have been one of the most important drivers doing my dissertation. Also, as a researcher with a humanistic background, I enjoy to work in a cross-disciplinary environment.
