Gentofte municipality reports that seniors throw away their canes and rollators after playing with the Moto tiles developed at DTU Elektro's Center for Playware in cooperation with Entertainment Robotics. The elderly obtain 150% better balancing score, stronger legs, and there is a potential to save millions of kroner, as the result of playing on the Moto tiles, which are implemented in the daily practice in senior activity centers and rehab center in five municipalities, says a press release from Gentofte municipality.
