The Russian Media Polit.ru has, following a visit of international journalists to the centre, published a story on the research of the Centre for Playware.

The Russian news story terms the research of the center as "robotics 2.0", and explains this with the examples of games for health and its use in Africa, the LEGO collaboration, and the RoboMusic collaboration with Peter Gabriel. The news story about the Centre for Playware research concludes that "Thoughts on commercial applications and the promotion of ideas to the market move in lockstep with the thoughts that intelligent robotics can help people overcome the lack of confidence in themselves, illness, get rid of some lack, become stronger, healthier, more mobile and more confident. Is not this Robotics 2.0 – the future of robotics?"

The story can be found here [in Russian]: http://polit.ru/article/2014/07/13/playware_esof2014/
